Rangers review ask would Rondon at Everton be worth a free transfer. Personally iv never been impressed whenever I watch him at Newcastle or Everton tbh.

I have watched Rondon at Everton and more times than not he has been a liability. That said, he can score goals and it might just work for him with us but he wouldn't be cheap and it could be a risk.

The only thing Rangers need to do regarding a striker is get rid of "blast it" Morelos. Despite his goal count, he has absolutely no composure and isn't anywhere near fit enough to be starting a professional football match.
In 3 months, Colak has shown what a true finisher looks like, Morelos hasn't improved one bit in the last 3 YEARS!

If Beale drops Colak then Beale needs sacked. Morelos can't lead the line. He may get the odd goal but not enough to get us winning. Colak is a goal scorer, it would be a crime if Colak lost his place to Morelos.

Unfortunately I think you are right Storm - which is a shame for the big man, as he hasn't been too shabby at times. Morelos is a luxury, (not the only one! ) quite frankly we cannot afford to carry.

Michael Beale may need to wake up smell the coffee and play the Premier Leagues top scorer no matter how much he is in love with Alfie.
Goals win games and and fit in form strikers should always play before someone who in their day was superb but who is now riding the free ticket on the Rangers Express.
Please make a statement Board and MB and get the two out of contract players signed or move them down the road in January ( I will miss what they gave the club in their pomp but now they are way off any major form) . Freshness is order of the day to move our club forward.

I agree with that stormtrooper said since beale came in Colak is not his type of cf, we also have too remember Morelos is only returning from a long term injury and his form will improve, Ross Stewart is the type of cf beale loves and he's some finisher aswell, he would be my choice of any cf out there within price.

BF when was colaks last league goal? I'm pretty certain he only has 1 in 8 or 9 games. He's been woeful the last 6 weeks before the WC. Can't see him fitting the system and could see a summer exit to cater for a semenyo-like forward.

Systems can and should change depending on opposition we playand the players we have available at that time (we don't need to play same style in every game) . so get I your point but we have scraped over the line in both games you mention with Alfie.
I agree they are different types of players - but when Alfie goes where do we go? As there is not an Alfie Mk11 as a sub and it doesn't look like we are flush with cash?

Lads - an overweight and unfit CF who does not want to be at our club has loads of folks hoodwinked into believing he is the real deal (and to boot he wants pots of extra cash too) .
In his prime he would be first name on my team sheet as he was the real deal but unfortunately he is nowhere near peak condition/ fitness so its sad to think we want to malign our clubs top scorer in such a way.
He is overweight by his own doing and my gut feeling is Colak is more a true pro than Alfie - am I wrong?
I would like to think we all want the best for Rangers - be wary of what we wish for because when Alfie f***s off - who is going to be the LINK UP guy or find the net on a routine basis?

Morelos had an operation and missed pre season. I get he should be in better shape but give the a rest. Too many fans forget just how good he is. For me Morelos would be ahead of colak as colak is only affective in the opposition 18 yard box. He is non existent if we are under pressure. Very poor outside the box. Deadly inside the box, finishing is miles ahead but overall game he's not close to Alfie. We get Morelos fit and contract extended we are in great position.

I really don't get the morelos or colak chop talk they are two completely different players with different styles i see them both as being important true Morelos off the boil but to be fair it can take time to find form after a long lay off I'd still prefer playing Morelos in tough games and colak in spl packed penalty boxes as he's 100% a better finisher there are times that it will suit one or the other and that's what you want in a squad options.
Rangers has always been a club and fan base that loves 100% effort even if it's not going well for a player if he puts in effort we love them . keep thinking sebo . and I also think that's why Morelos getting a lot of flack because the way he started the season or more accurately didn't start season.

If it was a choice between the two then I would choose Morelos 100% for the simple reason that a fit and committed Morelos is an all-round better player. The question for me therefor is, will Morelos sign a new contract and can Colak develop his game beyond being a penalty box goalscorer. Could they both play in the same team?
I am pretty sure that Beal will want every player in his attack and midfield to be capable of scoring goals; it therefor comes down to what additional benefits they bring to the team.
As has been mentioned above, Colak hasn't been scoring recently, (just before he was injured), would that suggest that other teams have sussed him out?

I'm on the fence with Morelos, not sure if I want him to stay or go, when he's on his game he's as good as any striker in the spl, with him being injured the last 12 months have not been good, Kent hopefully will go, for what we'd have to pay him we could bring in someone better for less money.

There's roughly 10 players all due back from injury, give them a chance before conjuring up nonsense about nt fitting into systems etc, Morelos is playing because Colak hasn't been available, does it make one better than the other?
