Dylan said no thanks ?.

We would need to get a bid excepted first. but I doubt he will leave st. mirren this season the boy clear doesn’t want to drop down to a youth team.

st mirren said he's staying in paisley.

4.) 18 Jul 2022
18 Jul 2022 22:15:01
St Mirren seem pretty resolute that he isn't going anywhere.

Looks like he’s staying at St Mirren.
I hope we have some sort of deal in place for next year.
Perhaps McCrorrie on loan to them might help with this.

With the amount of money coming in from player sales I don’t see why Rangers just won't go and pick him up. Especially if he’s as good as people say. £150k and he’s ours.

18 Jul 2022 22:45:57
How about he's comes to us and they get him, mccrorie and lowry back in loans with options to recall in Jan.

18 Jul 2022 23:24:51
Huey, I wouldn't give them Lowry. I want him to stay in and around our squad this season.

dylan reid is a true bluenose, he'd never join Celtic. we should sign him when he's ready to play for the first team. i doubt he'd want to move down to the b team.

Definitely not lowry.

11.) 19 Jul 2022
19 Jul 2022 00:37:59
We could buy him and loan him right back to St Mirren. Also I agree if young McRorie is not getting the gloves at Ibrox maybe a season in Paisley would be just what he and both clubs need.

19 Jul 2022 01:22:41
Smart boy to stay we can't even give Lowry a decent run.

John25 is most definitely the man to answer this ?Well John25,has st. mirren youngster dylan reid turned down celtic in favour of a move to his boyhood idols rangers mate ?.

14.) 19 Jul 2022
19 Jul 2022 07:28:56
No idea. St mirren have rejected our bid.

15.) 19 Jul 2022
19 Jul 2022 07:52:42
Reports saying he is staying at st mirren because Celtic wanted him to be in B team and he is in 1st team at st mirren.

19 Jul 2022 08:31:37
Do you know if we offered the asking price John?

17.) 19 Jul 2022
19 Jul 2022 08:39:09
Agree Scotty, was rumoured THEY had bid of £125k accepted so don’t get why we wouldn’t match that but then loan him back to st mirren. Win win.

18.) 19 Jul 2022
19 Jul 2022 10:18:30
I understand we matched bid, depends mb add ons sell etc.

19.) 19 Jul 2022
19 Jul 2022 11:19:02
Why are we assuming the boy will even want to come? He may not want to swap game time at SPL level for playing for our development teams.

20.) 19 Jul 2022
19 Jul 2022 11:53:26
Exactly Colin, he is cracking player, but as u rightly say won’t want to drop to our b team imo.

21.) 19 Jul 2022
19 Jul 2022 11:58:28
Fully agree Colin, Rangers supporter or not he is better off at St Mirren and playing in the SPFL rather than stepping down to play in our B Team.
Better that he gains experience and hopefully when his contract ends at St Mirren we pick him up on a free, assuming that he wants to come to us as a first team squad player.

Match the offer, sign him and loan him back . We are loaning out players to lots of clubs anyway. If they won`t sell to us then I hope if they want to loan McCrorie, we tell them to go away.
