Keep your eye on that loan M/ well got from Arsenal, big powerful quick lad . Some Well pals of mine raving about his debut . EPL must have very many available good loan deals, I've only seen the highlights of the Hibs game but looks like a bruiser .

Not because he is a £15 million player but that's the market just now. i'd be looking more in the region of £20million.
We just cannot and should not knock that kind of money back.
You only have to look at how he basically ran the show on Wednesday to see this boy is a star.

Sorry but cantwell is that important right now I think club will have to beat the transfer record for Scotland to sign him.
It also depends how long a contract he signed for us.
I can't see it being goldson teams would have signed when out of contract.

Pay him off deal cheaper in the long run, he could sit on wages for the duration and that's a fair wad if no return for it . Not sure what happened in Belgium but they weren't slow agreeing a deal on a player they paid big money for as far as that league is concerned.

If Cantwell continues to show the quality that we have seen to date then there is no reason why he shouldn't go for £20m or more, with Raskin, if he continues to develop then I would say the same regarding him and given the quality of player signed if they prove to be the quality that Beale presumably believes them to be then we should expect them to move on at a substantial profit. Quality players don't plan to spend their career in the SPL, they will see us as a stepping stone to bigger and better leagues.

I know many on here will have been to the Blue Sky Lounge/ Ibrox Restaurant, but just wanted to give it a recommendation. Menu and food is good with 2 courses just over £20 and 3 courses £28. Very good on decoration and furnishings and staff happy and helpful. My guest was a Celtic supporter and was delighted to visit Scotland's best club. Well worth a visit.

We can all debate - was he the best player for Rangers? - but whatever is said and whatever peoples opinions are- WE were very lucky to have the man play for us and it was a total honour to watch him in many many matches. He was, and always will ever be a RANGERS LEGEND!

Results this season have been disappointing, similar to previous years following long euro runs. 60 game seasons don't give players enough recovery time . The top teams have depth to their squads to mitigate this impact but we are not at that level. Looking forward and not giving up on anything this year, I see a reduction in the overall squad size this close season but that will include minimum 4 new signings (GK, CH, CM, RW/ CF) . Objective to qualify for champions league and minimum drop into Europa League. It would be interesting to see how UEFA etc deal with a high risk game if we made the final in Dublin. Took us 3 goes to bag a cup winners cup, next time lucky!

I like to think that we are still a great club with a reputation that is held in high regard across European football. There may also be investment on the way for improvements around the club, stadium expansion etc. So with due regard to managing the club in a financially sound way, we should be searching at the highest level for the next manager. People like Unai Emery, Roberto Mancini, Steve Clarke (Best Scottish Manager), etc whether they are in a job or not. If we put the money on the table, the whole managing in Scotland experience can be good. A manager not a coach, start recruitment from the defence, down the spine, squad of 26, a reserve team and we are looking good for the trophies.

It is a perfectly good question. Any game Rangers play in Ireland will be categorised by UEFA, the police, the club, etc, as high risk. The judgement will be made on can the security of all attendees at the game be guaranteed. If yes, game goes ahead, if not move it to plan B. UEFA will not admit it but there is always a plan stadium.

Really? Let’s make the assumption we only sign and play a player on the basis they are good enough. You are then into what is best and I say a left footed player playing on the left is better than a right footed player. It may only be a few % better but that is still better. Same argument with tall centre backs or fast ones, who is best? The one that is both. All about opinions, totally respect what you are saying.

Kristensen looks a very good young player. My only comment is he looks like he is predominantly right footed. We need 2 naturally left footed defenders. One out and out CB and one CB/ LB.
