When it broke yesterday about Raskin I was saying it wasn't a loan i'm sure some thought I was wrong with what was being reported but I had been told they had came in with a full offer i'm told they verbally came back yet again, but now they have thrown in the towel.
For the rumours starting up saying Raskin is unhappy I would say he's disappointed he never got a move he thought was going to happen but he will play for the shirt and keep himself in the window the club and player now nee to evaluate the situation in January.
Kelsy is absolutely done.
Bouanani is very nearly done and will be completed today with a option to buy.
And yes Souttar is still here.
It will be addressed what is happening with Souttar one way or another if not today then over the next 2 or 3 days

They tried loan with option to buy for 12 million, then came back in during the game last night with a permanent deal for 14 mil, I heard, which we knocked back.

McInnes slipped into his interview that Raskin didn't want the move as well as the club turning down the offer. He turned down Besiktas last summer, so maybe he doesn't want to play in Turkey, that's his right. If Souttar and Miovski don't leave in the next couple of days, they must be included in squads going forward.
They are not world beaters, but they are SPL level players, and that's all we have got to play for this season. If the likes of McCausland and Nsiala don't leave, we should be getting them loans at other Scottish clubs just to keep them playing. What about helping out Morton for instance.

Blue Dreamer, Emmanuel Fernandez's stats are impressive this season, but prone to the odd lapse of concentration, but what we forget is the average age of the Rangers team.
We currently have an experienced former EPL player, Godfrey, who has returned to fitness and in reserve if need be.

I would bring Souttar back into the fold, and drop Fernandez until he gets his head in the game, and stop believing that he is a superstar and worth the daft 15 20 mil people are quoting, boy needs to be a bench warmer for now.

Pretty sure Raskin has in private said he doesn't want to consider Turkey. That was said before this window.
