No surprise season tickets going up again. Wish they would use some of the money to fix the Copland Rear, the place is still a building site from the work done adding the seats.

Reading back some posts on here from the last few days.
A couple posters were claiming that Cavenagh wanted experience for the SD role, and one claiming Stig was favourite.
What happened to that?

I think keeping Stig on (and not hiring a DOF) is great business for the club.

Cavenagh said we are not hiring a Sporting Director, that is not the same role as a Director of Football. In fact, we were looking to hire a DOF to work under Thelwell at one stage. I don't know what it will be called, but I suspect we will have somebody in that kind of role, although maybe not overseeing everything like Thelwell was supposed to.
