EHL what is your knowledge of modern data scouting? and what is your professional opinion of Hampus Skoglund?

I'm pretty comfortable with scouting data, as most of it is driven by performance data - which i use everyday.
I've never been overly involved in the data modelling and forecasting for scouting - but I understand it.
Personally I've never seen Skogland play, so he's not someone I have any real opinion on. I know that our scouting team were very keen on him, but that McInnes opted for McCrorie instead.
