Is there any way Rangers tv could get onto main stream tv where we pay for every match only on rtv no other broadcaster gets the rights basically leave the spfl behind could that make millions.

The short answer is no, under current SPFL and UEFA rules, we cannot legally break away from collective bargaining to sell all our matches.
Like almost all major European leagues, the SPFL operates under a collective bargaining agreement. This means all 42 member clubs pool their media rights together, and the league negotiates a package deal on their behalf.
The SPFL has a centralised domestic broadcast deal running until 2029 with Sky Sports (and an additional smaller package with Premier Sports), worth roughly £33 million a year.
Under SPFL articles, individual clubs are strictly prohibited from selling their own live domestic rights inside the UK and Ireland, except for a maximum of five designated Pay-Per-View home matches per season (provided they don't clash with Sky's picks or the Saturday 3:00 PM balckout.
Hypothetically, if the rules changed and we were allowed to go completely solo its easy to jump to the conclusion that we could potentially make millions more than we currently do.
For exapmle if just 250, 000 fans worldwide paid a hypothetical £10 per month over a 10-month season, that would generate £25 million per year in raw revenue from games we already broadcast outside the UK, far exceeding what the club currently receives from the SPFL TV pot
The big catch, we only own the media rights to games played at Ibrox. To broadcast away matches, we would have to negotiate individual broadcast agreements with every other SPFL club, most of whom would demand massive fees to make up for losing their collective TV money, which is why its never happened as we'd probably be worse off.

I think most people would be happy to pay a £10 a month even if it was only for 2 home matches p/m, if it was for the betterment of the club.
Away matches could be done by the home club and away supporter would buy match from them one a one off basis.
Like you say pure hypothetical and would never happen.
