You mean like Clinton Nsiala was a couple of seasons ago? It's absolutely the type of player we should target when we have signed experienced players and have built a squad that can give boys like that time to develop, like we were able to do for the likes of Aribo and Bassey back when we had a joined up recruitment strategy and not the scattergun approach we have now.
