We were really poor. Undercooked and nowhere near strong enough for a League opener imo.
When will we ever learn.

We look worse than last season. I'm actually shocked. It looks as if McInnes is trying to play the same system as Rohl did, but he doesn't have the attackers to pull it off either. Really bizarre.

Obviously I wasn't expecting champagne football. And I'm usually the one calling for time to be given. And I also get that we need patience. But just get the win, Rangers. Any which way you can.
And, man, I'm worried with our squad. We have about forty midfielders, one winger, so no genuine width, and a defence that's one or two injuries away from a crisis (step forward Ben Godfrey).
We don't have any cover or depth apart from CM.
Our saving grace is the windows still open for a few weeks. But even at that, we need to utilise what we already have better and play more to the available players' strengths. Too many times we see square pegs in round holes imo.

Signing average players like Ross McCrorie and saying 'they'll be good squad players' doesn't seem like a good idea anymore. Why would a team that finished 3rd need squad players? We need players that are better than what we had last year - Has that happened?

I like the look if the keeper but so far that's it. Waiting to be convinced.
Our front line is so poor. All of them were way off it.

Not for me, John. They're all whipping boys at the moment.
McCrorie is limited. He was in good positions, but all he did was take the easy option, stop in his tracks, and pass the ball back the way. Not seeing how he was trying to get us forward. Killed momentum for me. Aasgaard was ok, good goal, but other than that few flicks and spins, not enough impact on the game generally.
As I've already said, keeper looks ok from what I've seen.
Very diff to judge some players at the moment. With very little creativity in the team.
8 players in same old problems.
