It's really positive to see players at this age being embraced by clubs throughout the leagues - something that's happened in the SWPL for a long time and should be seen as the blueprint for the men's game.
The flexibility of the co-op agreements is a huge positive. However, I still think there's a massive gap in the coaching resources that is restricting player development.
Something I've spoken to both Rangers and the SFA about on a few occasions, which is thankfully now gathering some traction. This would see the deployment of coaching resourcing to the co-op clubs along with players.

This is great stuff. More of us should take an interest in the youth on loan. It's the way ahead for supplementing our squad.

That's a great point, Ehl, not just sharing players but coaching too. Really help the development of the other clubs and in turn make them more likely to really properly help our loanees. Both benefit more.
