Folk are slating Dan Neil. All he has done is go to a reasonable size club in a better league for potentially double if not triple to wage and signing on fee we would give him. The only thing we offer is the history, fan base and European football.
Sometimes these players have to think about their families and futures. I'm sure he knows we are far bigger than Southampton

Not being critical, but the word bigger is something we should stop using. Are we better or the best is far more relevant for ambition.
