Loving the ref's this world cup, even though they scunnered us last night
But it feels more like old school football
Allowing physical contact
Letting the player who wins tackles or shoulder to shoulder
Letting the play go on
Till var intervines an not just letting var do all the work for them
Players might start to change there ways an stay on there feet an not letting any touch floor them

Totally agree! I've been slowly falling out of love with the game due to the play acting and petulance from players. They've been going down too easy and for far too long now.
It's refreshing to see the game flowing a bit now rather than blowing a whistle every time someone goes down.
It's clear to see the amount of cheating that was going on in the game by the speed at which they get back up when they don't get what they're looking for.
For me, I don't think any of them were penalties last night.
