Danny Rohl please change our formation I can't watch this 433 rinse and repeat. Everyone can see all we ever do is isolate the strikers. Been happening for years now. At least Dessers knew how to create for himself. Our strikers are being starved. How can Miovski or Chermiti, Danilo ever hit any form when their lucky if they ever touch the ball anywhere near the opponents box?
Surely their is another more effective way to get the best out of this squad? All we do is shatter the confidence of any attackers. Its no wonder they leave us and go bang goals in at their new clubs. Its the tactics, yes poor squad but our tactics are poorer. Fair enough we face a block most games but that's standard, that other mob across the city seem to find a way ?.

I'm not really fuzzy on his formation Arcade, but the thing that is killing us right now it the players work rate because it isn't happening, Rohl needs to get this sorted now.

I do agree we need to change formation but I thought we were playing 4-2-3-1,the problem being none of the 3 are backing up the striker the way they should be. I would assume this Aasgaards role but he isn't doing it.
I would actually say that 4-3-3 has been the formation that has won this league, certainly from Gerrards team onwards BUT it needs at least one of the midfield three to be prepared to attack the box ala Arfield or Aribo and we don't have that.

I hear a few rumblings about Rohl already, not only on here. I watched Match of the day and the speed of the game down there is amazing. We are so boring compared to them. I love teams that close down quickly. I also hate players who don't try.

having 1.5 hrs to " beat a low block" shouldn't be an issue
hundreds of teams beat a low block every day, and we only imagine we play against a " low block " every game, more often we are being sucked in and the old " dope on a rope" is played
we seem to fall for it every time,, 2 fast wingers, a big CF and a scoring mid runner will sort a packed defence, we are toothless and lazy so other teams see Ibrox as a place to make a name for themselves, sad really.
