Our best 10 outfield players doesn’t contain 1 of our new signings. Let that sink in no wonder the board didn’t trust him with more money. He’s out in the presser today saying he “only” spent £13m on 9 new players. We’ve signed Lammers Sima Danilo and Dessers to fit Beale’s “tactics” and only 1 of them plays yesterday barring injury and is absolutely rank rotten leading to the fans actively booing the fact he wasn’t subbed off.

Beale is a snake and showed it from minute 1 when he whor*d himself to the fans in the louden when Gio was under pressure. Then yesterday he disappeared down the tunnel straight away leaving his players to face the music. His ego will have him thinking it’s everyone’s fault but his own. Also said the fans only care about results and not performance as if we’re all daft. The booing at the end of that game was not just down to the result and he’s an idiot if he thinks that. He’s done the writing is on the wall and he knows it.

As much as beale is under pressure big time just now he done the correct thing in going down the tunnel right away after full time and our players should have done the same ?We all knew in that stadium yesterday the anger that would greet our players at full time and it was the wrong thing to do imo by staying on and going to our fans and applauding ?It only created an angry/ vile circus.

I disagree and his post match interview saying we were the better team over the 90 mins tells me that deep down he believes the boos were unwarranted. He didn’t want to face the reaction of the crowd because in his mind all of us are wrong and he’s right.

David Butland would be in the team.

You could argue Sterling should play ahead of Tav.

If you want to play with wingers Sima would start on the right. I don’t know what is happening with Danilo but he looked better than Dessers when he came on.

Cantwell and Raskin have been poor too from the start of the season. Would Cifuentes make your team?

MB looks clueless, the team has no shape and the players don’t seem to know what they are doing.

Clearly we are all hurting, and to various degrees baffled by some of the selections and tactics. Understandably the performances and ultimately results cannot go on, and I think MB knows this. As has been mooted not all signings were his choice, and there are a number already there he did not fancy, but to me that is now irrelevant. MB must swallow pride, show a pragmatic approach (which means build clearly from the back), and get those new or ‘fragile’ players (in his opinion) to start performing swiftly. A settled 11-15 players who will buy into his system, as like or not he is the boss.
However IMO he is on borrowed time, and if he truly believes in himself and the squad, then he better make it count. He has an international break to ‘instill’ his ethos and show that he is big enough to admit where he has erred on selections.
Constantly sacking and replacing managers does
Not always work and in any case reading here, there is
1. No managerial choice unanimous
2. No guarantee the club gets ‘who they want’, particularly is they come from one of the big leagues (as we’ve found these managers prefer to wait and take jobs in these leagues when they become open - and they do pretty swiftly every season)

Rangers net spend in the summer was £2.5m. We made good money on Kamara, Sakala, Colak, etc. So he club have spent £2.5m on a major summer rebuild. Ne in which we lost Morelos and Kent for free.

Butland isn’t an outfield player. It’s not what I want to do it’s down to the manager. The fact is if borna was fit the only one starting would’ve been Dessers. The recruitment has been disgustingly bad.
