What’s the overall consensus here about giving them a goal? I think it was the right decision. Don’t know why people are making such a big deal about it and Beale is getting far more stick than he deserves for it. If someone done what Tillman did to us (albeit he didn’t know) then we’d be saying how bad it is etc. I don’t care if other clubs wouldn’t give us a goal back as we’re not other clubs.

100% correct decision. Tillman didn't know PT had kicked it out as he was lying on the deck, so was unaware the PT were about to kick it back to us.

We won the game so it’s not really an issue. Would they have down the same for us? Highly doubt it. We would all have been in uproar if they went on to steal a winner though.

People that are making a big deal about are completely and utterly clueless IMO as it was the correct thing to do.

The consensus is obvious to a realist. We Won So it was the Right Decision. nice to see sporting Integrity but If we were playing the other side the stadium would have erupted. strange but true.

Of course it was the correct decision. Rangers is about integrity and sportsmanship. The multitudes on Twitter calling for Beale to be sacked etc are following the wrong club. Walter Smith would have done exactly the same thing as Beale.

Some of the comments surrounding Beale I’m seeing online are a joke. He’s not a winner, people want him sacked, doesn’t understand Scottish football, is soft etc. he’s won 92% of his games for us only drawing to Celtic. Let’s get one thing straight as well letting someone walk up the pitch and score in front of 40/ 50k of your fans knowing what the reaction would be is anything but soft.

Right decision even if it had cost us the match. An honest mistake was made and Beale showed a lot of class immediately agreeing to sporting remedy.

That, my fellow bears, was the epitome of Sporting Integrity. I applaud our manager and our club.

Great sportsmanship from us, I've no issue with us conceding the goal, at the start I had my doubts about MB, now I just wish we'd have brought him in sooner.

He was 100% correct in his decision.

100% correct decision. However shows it should be totally down to refs to decide stops in play. Even after it was put out ref should have restarted it with a drop ball to stop confusion.

Even if we didn’t win the game it would still have been the right decision to give them that goal. The result in the game is completely irrelevant to us giving them the goal back.

Kasier the ref can’t do a dropped ball as the ball was put out you can’t just make up the rules.

Sorry storm meant treat it like a drop ball. If ref had stood there and instructed would have been no confusion. Could have easily led to a fight and a number of red cards. Totally stand with Beales class in decision however Unless injury is serious or head knock players should play on till ref stops play. Can't just put it out and presume to get it back. Too often players just stay down needlessly so other team will put it out. Play to the whistle.

My only problem with the whole thing is not the decision by MB why I applaud, it was the behaviour of the thistle players who went for Tillman.

100% agree McMinn, anyone calling for MB to be sacked cannot possibly be Rangers Fan, forget the decision he made, he's won 11 out of 12 games, and drew the other, stop this crap about his position, I wish he'd been here earlier.

It was an extremely classy thing to do by our manager and team. Even loved McGregor pretending to tackle the lad that scored their "goal". Would I expect the same from Partck, no. Because we're one of the biggest clubs in world football and they are a wee team from the west end of glasgow. Negatives for tonight, Colak, still don't fancy him, regardless of goal. we need a settled 11, not yet ready for shuffling the pack. var- 2 awful penalty decisions. Positives, Raskin, what a player he'll be for us.
