The issue has always been the board. They lack the financial clout to change anything. Until we have proper investment this Groundhog Day will continue. We have had a collection of managers incapable of progressing for several reasons, mainly lack of transfer budget, lack of ability and a club living in the past expectations wise. Reality check yet once more.
