For me Kelly is not going to displace Davis this season so a loan until January where he plays most games will help his development and benefit us in the long run.

Not sane argument as we only play 1 RB but okay 3 midfielders in middle.
I would loan out Kelly till Christmas let him play and see where we are at come January and either recall or extend loan.
