Unfortunately with football managers, it's more of a popularity contest with players these days.

I'll tell you something that is embarrassing by you storm, when you stated if Steven Gerrard came back to be our manager, you'd find it difficult to support them / watch them, now that's embarrassing coming from a Rangers supporter my friend.

undoubtedly ?Gerrard wouldn't be a lot of our no.1 choices, but i've never read or head any Rangers supporter saying what you said if he came back because i'd hazard a guess that the vast majority of Rangers supporters would get behind him and i definitely would, it's called supporting your club pal ???.

I wouldn't, don't want him back, time to move forward, would support my team, but not Gerrard coming back, not for me in my opinion. People don't have BF's back but support the team, people also didn't want PC in place either.
