How did he look in training Janeaddiction? How did he perform for his club before he came on trial and since, I take it you were at the matches to judge his potential? What's his work rate and statistics like on Pro Zone?
I assume that these are the things you're basing your opinion that we missed a trick on.
Or did you just look on his Wiki page and see he scored some goals?

TheCampbell, no I didn't just look him up on wiki, he hasn't even got a wiki page, I based my opinion on various articles I've read about him online written by coaches and journalists in Latvia, I was only expressing an opinion which I have every right to do, just like you have the right to reply to me like some aggressive bell end, I wonder if you talk to people you don't know like that in real life or do you only do it from the comfort of your keyboard? What are you basing your opinion on that he hasn't got potential, have you seen him play? Have you checked him out on Pro Zone? Or did you notice he dosnt have a wiki page and assume he's no good?

I think you missed my entire point Jane. Mark Warburton has access to all of those things and deemed him not to be good enough. That'll do me. Obviously you trust online articles more than our managers judgement and that's your right also but not I.

No change from what was mooted a couple of weeks ago as far as I know. No decision will be made by Liverpool about loaning him out until the players report back for pre-season, and Klopp gets a look to see who he wants to have on board for the season.

Sadiq and Barker loans looking likely to be next 2 in the door. The Lafferty rumours aren’t going away but I can’t see that one happening, though the big fella would strengthen our bench and would jump at the chance.

Barker is a smashing played who is not afraid to take a defender on, very direct, loads of energy, definitely worth a punt.

If I am being honest I really don't know much about him and I haven't really seen him play so I can neither agree or disagree. People have told me he was top scorer at the unders world cup, fair enough but has he not only scored 1 goal for Liverpool in 30 appearances or something.
I think we would be better looking out for an already established striker who has proved that he can score goals and buy not loan. Loans can be useful but I just think that with 1 striker we really need to get another in on a few year contract.
