Posted the other day that if Davies etc are refusing to leave they should be told to train on their own away from first team til they get the picture and accept the offers they get.
I was shot down in flames by someone but can’t remember who.
Apparently u can’t do that to a player it’s a disgraceful comment and so on.
Low and behold mb has said in tomorrows press that glen kamara has been told to do exactly that.
Seems I wasn’t too far off after all eh….

Looks like Sakala is digging his studs in not to move, S. Wright seems to be the same doesn't surprise you as we always seem to pay a decent wage and get shortchanged in return and these two especially have went from fringe players to surplus to requirements and would add Lundstram to that list seems to have done the same as he did at Sheff Utd before he moved to us and they were glad to get shot at the time.

Im with stevie on this one if players are told they are surplus to requirements and are not in the managers plans and told to find a new club but dig there heels in a refuse to leave for the only basis they couldn’t get as much money elsewhere so would rather hang around for the money they should be made to train with the reserves out the way of the manger and rest of the squad how this is discusting? ? It happens at clubs all over the world all the time these clubs are trying to run a business why should they have people around distrupting things that and taking money when they have been fairly and honestly told they have no future please find a new club if they were respectful people they would do that anyway.
And the manager wants a set of players to work with why should he have 2-3 tag alongs hanging around.

Bit extreme. There here because Rangers offered contract which Gers duty-bound to fulfil. Not their fault if now seen as surplus. Can stay duration contract or if/ when transfer arises. If not good enough for anybody else then can ŕemain duration. We're heavy on players to transfer and this affects all them same way.

So because players surplus some want them punished thru isolation and playing with reserves. This might happen elsewhere but don't like idea club name tarnished leaving some also ran free to tell press what hell he received at gers and long term effect getting players in. This is time of player power.

These players have contracts which we thought suited us at time of signing and are entitled to see them honored. if we now want to sell for which ever reason, if buyer is found which we accept, we then need to negotiate with play to find solution, if this means we have to make up any shortfall on there current salary so be it, in the long run you move These players and make some money. instead of having unhappy/ disruptive players at club.

Has the manager actually said that all these guys are surplus? Think there will be a few who he will let go if we get a deal in place but at same time they're rangers playera and if a move doesn't materialise then they're here to fight for a place. Kamara training alone is a different ball game he's currently talking to other clubs.

As stated above we are a business and need to start acting like one .
what yous all want to do go into the season with a squad of 35 players 10 of whom we don’t want hanging around making the place messy and depressing?
That will win us the league won’t it?
Any player who is not in the plans will be gave. Every help to find a club and tell their agent to go do the same. If they then refuse to leave when clubs are found and a fair wage Is offered then they should be told to train away from first team. Not so much banished as u guys are saying. Just not part of first team squad and not around first team business in any way.
They very quickly will get the picture and 9/ 10 will move to play and be happy this job done.
Molly cuddling these players we don’t have a place for us only holding us up from progressing.
That’s a matter of fact.
And actually I love kamara and would rather he stayed but if he’s not going to play a part then so be it.
