Don't shoot the messenger as told today by same person who told. me clement would be manager that shankland will be a rangers player as long as hearts sign mousset. Just what i was told earlier today.

From what I have been told. Rangers/ Clem have no interest in Shankland. Clem is happy with Dessers and see potential in Danielo.
From the information I have gotten, Clem is looking for a roofe type forward ie a penalty box striker.
Another rumour I have heard ( not from my usual source) That Rangers could be looking at a possible swap deal with a club in Belgium involving Raskin.

I can’t see it Dessers has scored six fewer league goals than Shankland but played four fewer games and Dessers is slated on here but I’d think if both had played the same number of games I don't think there would be a huge difference so for the money Hearts want I’d want a far more prolific scorer.

I know Dessers has scored goals but I think it's his overall play that most (me included) are unhappy with.
You can see Silva has a great touch and is a far better footballer than Dessers. Shankland also links the play well and can finish. We could do a lot worse than Shankland but we can also do a helluva lot better.

Manhoef 2.5m they’ve signed a replacement but feyenoord n Leicester want him.
I think batschuyi might happen I’m like laudrup I’ve a feeling that’s not dead yet.
No chance of getting him after euros but 6 month loan win the league.
What a player his goal record is outstanding for Belgium.

NRD : your missing my point I’m not saying Dessers is the answer (though he is improving every game) my point is if we are to bring another striker in and if the Fee’s mentioned are anywhere near true I want better, he 28 so no resale value I’d rather have a young player we can make a profit on as we have to have a sustainable business.

The only striker I wanted in this window was the Belgian lad, because I’ve seen him play numerous times not just YouTube highlights. He’d have changed the game for our title ambitions! Comes with a major point to prove and recently scored 4 goals in like 30 odd minutes.
Someone said to me he’s got a attitude or is problematic or something like that, but so what I’m sick of our strikers smiling ?, I don’t want to see nice teeth I want to see nice goals. I’d push the boat out for him. He’s still only 30, which still way younger than Jermaine Defoe was when we got him.
It might not be someone who is young and can be developed then we can punt, but not every deal can be that way. For impact now and not next season I’d have definitely have got him. If there’s even a small chance of still getting him- I’d go back and sell this club to him properly.
I don’t want some Danish ?? striker I haven’t heard of, it’s unlikely to have any impact on the title race. And the Belgian lad is about 5 times the player Shankland is with only 2 years between them in age. Although I think that deal was either a non starter or is dead, that’s actually disappointing because for once I’d have knew what I was getting. Project players definitely have there place but title winners do also.

Shankland has more goals than Dessers yet Shanks plays for Hearts and does not get as many chances.
Dessers could have about 20 or so goals already but has missed loads of chances and rather easy ones at that.
Only thing saving Dessers is that Rangers dominate games most weeks but he cannot continue to mess up or it will cost us the league.
Since everyone else is going off their own opinion then i'll give mine: Shankland would have scored twice as much as Dessers had he been a Ger this season.

John it was that Michy Bat guy, that Rangers weren’t even interested in- and I think the club said that there was no interest in. He actually scored a last minute pen to win the game against that team that Emmanuel Dennis played for yesterday I think.
Anyway ain’t happening but it’s a real shame! That just my opinion- some like Shankland and some are maybe wanting someone else. Be interesting to see who it actually is.

lol now during my lunch break I’ll be looking up a Belgian Striker named Denkey. I’ve probably watched as many players as PC has this window ?
I’m going to be happy when this is over, I don’t like January windows there’s to much rubbish go around.
I think PC was asked tho if he’d be happy with just Diomande in this window, he said no. So that would suggest 2 more, right this is a complete guess but I think the Million boy will be one. On same deal as diomande loan with a buy obligation. As there team is skint and they have to sell the lad, and if he becomes a Rangers player I wouldn’t be giving this guy abuse while his dad was around. I’m actually a big fan of his dad Melvin he’s a great Kick-boxer.
