Think that's a good move, lots of management experience, knows scottish football and loves Rangers, no nonsense approach. Seen him against Liverpool legends a few years back and he may even still get in our team.

Obviously I. Can’t comment on his coaching ability, don’t think any of us could.
But it’s great to have a Scottish, ex player identity in our coaching staff.
That was a big must for all of us and we’ve been given it.
I wonder what will become of Davo?

The sooner we get a dof/ technical director in the better.

We’re getting there in terms of management and upstairs positions being correct.

Not a fan as a player, pundit or what he has done in coaching . There are others I would have picked in front of him but if Big Phil has picked him then he gets my support.

Agreed! I too believe there are plenty of candidates out there who on paper would probably be better fits but, he's obviously stepped in when asked by DAVO and Clement likes what he brings. Maybe big Phil will get an explayer from Belgium / Holland in to help the foreign players understand what's required at our club. Phil's touchline reaction after sunday dpoke volumes for his passion, hopefully that drip feeds down to those who still don't get it.

Alex Rea as a coach and motivator could be just the urge that these foreign players need? He’ll imbed into them why Rangers must win every game or die trying, he’s a bluenose per excellence he would be a good foil for Mr Clemente’s . Clemente’s comes across as a tactician and a listener, and Rea shouts lot ?.
