Kevin Muscat early 7/ 2 favourite to replace Beale . do we think this is a possible indication the rumour below could possibly be true about the 500k release clause?

Whoever takes over they won't need to do much to do a better job than Beale. A tailors dummy with a mole stuck on it would do a better job than him.

Slipper I think the players are part of the issue as well Alfredo is better than what we brought in Kent has never been replaced we sold colak and fashion who were better than what we brought in I think this transfer window has been a disaster I think Danilo will be good if he ever gets game time under Beale but lammers and dessers are not good enough to be at rangers imo.

RFC … I don’t think Beale is capable of getting the best out the players, I thought seeing Matondo early in the pre season he was possibly going to improve but Sunday tells you he shouldn’t be at ibrox! This proves in SG time it was him that run the show regardless what was said about Beale because the team then grafted for each other and played to the best of their ability. I was 100 percent behind Beale but for a rangers team to show that attitude on Sunday it’s got to be down to the negative manager tactics and starting 11 it’s not the first mistakes have been made with his selections.

DAVIE I agree think the bookies get wind of things and start the betting, seen some reports there has been contact already with muscats reps … could just be wild rumours but definitely think Beale is on a risky nail . rangers are a club with integrity and usually give the managers a chance but Beale wasn’t hesitant leaving with SG so our board should be ruthless for the sake of the club . It’s turned out the wrong appointment and need to move on quickly.

You couldn’t be more wrong, Davie, these managerial odds are a well known farce. If you dropped £50 on Scott Brown being the next Rangers manager his odds would improve. It doesn’t take a lot of money to influence that market.

Lets go for Muscat because he`s Australian and that's flavour of the month at the moment . God save us from another experiment in charge, hopefully this is just another wild rumour. As for Gattuso, hot head player who is now a hot head manager, has done nothing as a manager but always seems to cause a ruck wherever he goes . Don`t think we can afford Potter but there has to be better managers available that Muscat and Gattuso.

Previous posters have indicated that it's very unlikely he will be sacked. I wouldn't be surprised if he get till the cup final if he isn't put out before that. If he can find the league form we showed last 6 months of the season we will be fine but so far this season it looks to be a dud.

I had high hopes this board would be a lot more ruthless than the last passive lot, but I fear they'll do the exact same as last time and only act when it's too late.

A bit unfair slipper there is definitely some skill in players we've signed just Beale chop and change not getting best out of them . needs to settle on a starting 11 this rotation stuff is bull why do smaller teams like us and others copy the likes of Barcelona Madrid city when they can rotate because Thier back up players are at 50million level minimum ??
We should be playing our strongest 11 every week until injury or player needs a rest or the team loses
Team that wins plays following week it's simple 5hats how you get consistency and how you get players to know each others game.
Oh and here's a though maybe we should try playing players in right positions for once ?.

Aye Gattuso has conned 3 major clubs according to some people, he won't have learned anything at all apparently either. Long shot yes but Beale wasn't even a shot it was a wild guess by somebody, if he's of use then Gerrard would want him . he doesn't .

Potter is a NO go, £30 million in bank and will walk into an EPL team once the sacking start, Muscat looks a good shout and would suit both parties, highly thought of not sure of what type of football he plays but winning the Japanese league is a harder job than winning this one, was happy with Beale but not going for it in first half on Sunday was criminal ??.

Surely Beale needs to stay until Jan at least - a new manager is unlikely to win the league as it’ll not be his players and he needs to get up to speed with the league - moving beale now is madness - also gattuso loved him as a player but has he not been gash as a manager so far and muscat may not work just because flange did - I think it all sounds a bit hasty - I know they also had chances but Lammers has to score matondo could have scored and dessers goal imo could have stood - if we won 2-1 would there be this backlash against beale - I’m for him staying until Jan ??????.

The Olympiacos, Killie and Morton games were enough for me, chaotic and quite the range of knowing nothing and learning nothing. Then things just got worse and that was almost impossible.
This was a guy hoping to keep PSV down to 5 with 5 mins to go it was dreadful.
Also a guy who puts no importance in to left sided players being able to use a left foot, it's like some kind of weird crab like tactic, as is the lack of support and balance on both flanks . So we have a left winger/ roadrunner who couldn't hit a bison on the arse with a banjo and now a left back who may well have had his boots on the wrong feet it was that ridiculous.

Rangers played a 4-3-3 against Kilmarnock with two box to box midfielders and lost 1-0. Shortly after that Celtic went to Rugby Park and okayed the EXACT SAME SYSTEM and got beat 1-0. How is that for learning nothing? Celtic had the benefit of seeing our match and how it went against this new look Kilmarnock side and still made the same errors.
Also, don't Kilmarnock deserve a lot of credit for just playing well to get those results? They deserved their victory over Celtic too they are well drilled and it looks like some of their new signings might have some quality.

We left our attacking midfielder Cantwell sitting on the bench. As for Celtic they always play that way so with their record against the wee clubs why would they change . If some of Kilmarnocks new signing look like quality which of them would get a game for us? As I recall the MOTM against us was Lewis Mayo who we just sold to them for £250,000. What they had was the right attitude, organisation and a game plan all instilled in them by a rubbish manager and all missing from our side who have a super coach . Says it all really.
