We shouldn't be too disappointed with the no buy option on the Sima deal. Let's just enjoy the boy, hopefully playing well for us this season, while he is here. After the seaon i'm sure he only has a year left on his contract so it could possibly make it easier to do a permanent deal if Rangers want him.

If sima does well and wants a move to us after the loan it puts us in a good negotiation. the player decides where he works not the club so highest bidder talk is pure nonsense.

Straight loan but will only have 12 months left in contract when he’s due to go back so a deal can surely be brokered at a decent fee if we want him after that.

Issue is that if he plays well he’ll be out of our budget even if he only has a year left after this season. Would imagine Brighton will be in a very good place financially if they sell 1 or 2 of their big assets this window.

Lets give Sima a fair crack a solid campiagn and a class performamce from the lad, with the business minds we have at the club, we will surely have the funds if need be to buy Sima outright, So we can all chill and the move has to work for player and club.
