I posted last week about Alfie and Kenty and got the usual " don't talk nonsense" that they both leave if we do not qualify for ECL. They both have contracts offered by us and will be signed if we qualify. If we do not they want to move on.

Alfie never got on against PSV as he keeps changing his mind with the offer we have on the table for him, Gio thinks him and agent are messing club about and pissing Gio off. Alfie wants to play in Spain and he has now made that clear. No bid has been received however his agent has done a deal blind side.

I still believe that he will sign a new contract as will Kent. Too much mischief making by Agents and by the Scottish Press. There was a reason that Alfie didn't get on against PSV. He is overweight and not match fit.

Kent needs to start showing his worth then, it works both ways imo. He only deserves a new contract IF he helps us get into the CL group stage. He's been pish for a while, has a couple of glimpses per game then goes missing for the majority. Buff will be pissed off because Gerrard idolised him and the team needed him but big colak has stepped up and Alfie has spat the dummy out. No1 is bigger than the club, holding us to ransom when neither are contributing is BS.

Alfie never got on because he wasn't fit enough and Colak was playing well.

What I've been told is that Kent signing is a given and he's not seen as wanting to leave hence why he's not been offered around to leave so no rush in signing new deal

With Alfie there's a mutual agreement that if a suitable offer is made we will let him leave if a replacement is brought in as well if and If not he's happy to stay and will sign on with a new deal.

Kamara I'm told is wanting away and could be sold and replaced by the end of the window.

if they go they go, rangers will prosper without them, personally i’m fed up waiting on kent’s next big game, or even one where he doesn’t give the ball away constantly,
alf will be difficult to find his type, but colak is a far more composed striker

alf my well find his career taking a very downward spiral after rangers, he will struggle to re, enact what he does here.

Do you think it could be plausible that Gio never played Alfie because he is no where near fit enough and as we were playing a top European side in the most important game so far this season that it would be madness playing someone who is not ready to play in such a game.

I would have said that Tav has been our most important player in Europe over the last few years, though I do admit that Alfie has had a major impact too. He never got on because Colak was playing well and showing no sign of being tired, quite simple really.
