Medical expected to be completed tomorrow.
Good signing a left footed ball playing CB, similar distribution to Goldson with the long diagonals from the back and comfortable with short passing.
Not the quickest but good reader of the game from what I’ve seen.
I think that’s a good signing no shame in not being able to get a game for 1 of the Worlds best teams at the moment and the experience training with Salah and many other top players will have made him a better player.
He will arrive hungry and at 26 he is a good age.

It’s besides the point whether Ban Davies played a game for Liverpool or not! We payed 7m for Kent who had never kicked a ball for Liverpools first team. Ben Davies is a cracking player who bossed the championship and Liverpool hijacked his move to them! Which makes him signing for us even sweeter. I for one think this is a great signing versatile left sided CB who is hardly hindered by injuries and can play.

I reckon over 50% of players have some sort of niggling injury these days.
Unless very very lucky most top athletes in contact sports like football suffer terribly, just got to watch a legends game to see that.
We need to trust our medical process now and hope he is over any old injuries.
But I think a lot of players have this sort of history.
