Why are people upset about loans? We loaned Kent and Hagi then signed them.

If the player is good and we potentially have a future fee then what's wrong with that?

I'm worried about Lowry's development while we develop a play for Bayern to sell at a letter date. I'm not comfortable with this to be honest. We've got our own young players to look after.

I think he’s a good addition shame it a loan but with Hagi out until Winter break it’s a good signing for cover.
The player himself is just back from a cruciate ligament injury so although it would be good to have loan to buy option (that we might) even if it’s just a season loan it is good business IMO.

The refreshing of the squad is great and exactly what was needed. I know I'm one of the worst on here for having no patients but I do think part of this rebuild (or refresh) should have been done in January. Maybe not, perhaps the players weren't available who knows. I'm just glad where we are now, we're looking good for the champions league play offs.

Goforbigcf when did we ever overlook one of our best talents ever? Our best talents ever like Durrant, Ferguson, Patterson etc all got their chance as I`m sure Lowry will . The ones that don`t aren`t good enough even though sometimes people who don`t know them build them up .

I agree wslgers. Look at some of the next big things we had, e. f. John Fleck, Jamie Ness and Rhys McCabe who, for one reason or another, have not hit the dizzy heights anticipated.

I'm not for a minute saying that Lowry won't make it, but I think Gio and Dave V will know a player and will be only too happy to play him if he shines. The cream rises to the top.
