Ironically, the longer we are in the Championship, the worse Celtic will get. They have no challenge and whilst they will win the league for the next few seasons, they will continue to deteriorate.

Watching Rangers is a joy currently but that is because the last 2 years have been abysmal. I'm not getting carried away and although it's nice to see the goals get banged in - we have to remember the resources of the clubs we are currently hammering. Our victories over both Hibs and St Mirren were not so emphatic. Work in progress.

This being said, even in the golden years, we didn't always put 5 or 6 passed every team.

I cannot wait to hear McCoist's side of the story. Plenty passing judgement over his failures last year but what short memories we have. Not everyone can cut it as Rangers' manager and that applies to him.

The guy had an impossible job with impossible employers. I don't begrudge him his pay in lieu one bit - we'd all take it and are hypocritical to suggest otherwise. He's welcome to a rest/some book writing time.

Time for some to watch footage of Rangers in the 90s to see what the guy did for Rangers.

Thanks. Be interesting to know how much they paid per share and who's selling.

Out of interest, how can they buy shares when we are not listed on AIM - or anywhere else that I know of?

{Ed001's Note - same way you buy shares in any company that is not on a stock market, you make the owner an offer.}

I watched Wilson play about 15 times last season and he was excellent. Distribution great, strong in the air, visibly communicating with all - especially the back four - and never diving into the challenge. He may have more to do this year due to Warburton's preferred style - but he's a player already - not one in the making.

Onwards and upwards.
