Split thoughts for me on todays game, a win wil not change a thing.
Loose and fan discontent might kick in, as since 55 it's been bland and just ticking along, 3 managers and the Same old lossers getting games regardless of form.
The people who run the business need to buy into the fact that, this is not acceptable.
I think in PC and his guys we have the foundation to get it right, but he must be given the chance or he
will be gone at his own decision before we know it.

Even if we get to the final, unfortunately I can't see us beating Celtic anyway as we would need to beat them in a game that matters - something we haven't done for a long time.

I'm most definitely confident we'll beat hearts today and no doubt we can beat celtic in the final ? Anything in my experience over many years of going to old firm games can happen and it's all on the day and of course you need a bit of luck ?A lot fancied us strongly to beat them at ibrox in that last 3-3 draw, me included ?You never give up at rangers as that's ingrained in the fabric of our club and should be inside every supporter ?? I am starting to believe it’s psychological with many of the players that’s why we need new players.
I’m trying to think the last time we had a good performance against them, and not including games at Ibrox during the split when they have already won the league, probably the semi final when Gio was in charge.
It’s difficult when you see lesser teams than us giving them a harder game.
We seem to give them a goal a start early, and are chasing after that.
Need to be really disciplined and in effort in the first half then they tire, not sure our players want to play that way.
Kilmarnock and Hearts have beaten them twice this season and that’s what they do then hit them on the transitions.

I think a lot of people are assuming Celtic are better than they actually are, they were anointed yesterday, got away with 2 stonewall penalties, and got an equaliser that was a clear foul by Kyogo on the Aberdeen player in the lead up to the goal. The agenda is obvious, if I was a Rangers player or Manager, my anger would force me to ram it right up them all in every game in Scotland. Come on Gers, get stuck in today and all of the remaining games, no prisoners from now on.

So it seems like the Dundee game is now planned to take place on Wednesday 17th. Therefore Surely in the spirit of sporting integrity Rangers should be asking the SFA to move the cup semi final against Hearts to Tuesday April 23rd, in order to give them as as much preparation time for for such a a massive game as the other 3 semi finalists. I know it is two different bodies that run both competitions, but it all falls under the umbrella of Scottish professional football.

Two separate organisation, is it not? SFA is Scottish Cup, SPFL is league. Better that both organisations are merged although even then it is debatable if it would improve the competence and credibility of the resultant organisation.
As for the game going ahead there is no guarantee that this will happen since Dundee's ground is clearly not fit for purpose.
Dundee must be given an ultimatum to sort the pitch by the start of the new season or be relegated and they should also receive a fine of in excess of £1m.

I’m not saying it’s not true but 2 sides to every story and Mick Beale will most likely for the time being not be drawn into making any comment on the matter.
I like Fashion but without hearing both sides of the story I’m not sure how anyone outside can get a true reflection on the relationship and how it broke down, I’ll continue to look forward as Mick Beale is not with the club anymore anyway so it’s all history.

Why does it matter, the story ended as we predicted, it was obvious after the Celtic game that it was just a matter of time. It just makes sense that you would try and make sure there was some interim arrangement in place before going public.

Yilmaz is a strange one only played in 9 League games since he signed on at Rangers, yet there are constant calls for him to get game time. I don't think he is or ever will be in Beales plans, let's be honest, why play a natural left back, when you can shoehorn a right footed player in at LB and wind up the support in the process.

It would be interesting to say use the Scottish league cup as a pilot with foreign refs as the VAR team and see how it pans out. Using independent referees and VAR teams would be worth a try.
