The cumdog Jason Cummings goes with Josh doig sister anyone think that will be a sweetener in pulling him to ibrox? Think he's a half decent player n would cover a homegrown spot whether he's good enough different question only time will tell. I say get him in.

My opinion on the managers situation would be Phillipe clement as the outstanding option to take us forward. 3 league titles with two different sides and a cup. Led monaco to a 3rd place finish in 1st season. Second seasons dismissed but was only 3 points of a 4th place finish. Would not require paying a fee to bring him to us also worth noting. Sporting director he worked with at Monaco Paul Mitchell has recently been unattached since the 1st of October. Worked at Southampton, Leipzig, spurs Monaco. Also previously linked for top job at Man Utd. Responsible for signing talents such as nordi mukiele, nkuku, olmo at Leipzig. Signed Davis, Clyne, mane and tadic at Southampton. And spurs alderwierald, son, trippier. Clement manager and dof Paul Mitchell thought? My only issue would be does clement speak a good level of English. Apart from that he looks solid enough.

Time to get behind the beale. He understands the task ahead a lot of change and things to be optimistic about. He has been working with a squad that has lacked invesment and the changes needed and he realises that himself. Maybe a bit of over loyalty to players helping us reach the europa league final. But the board will back him this season and not every signing guarentees success but as long as he makes the cut throat decsions needed in terms of recruitment and offloading deadwood then there is postives to look forward too. Wee personal opinion here but would love us to bring in a silky right winger who is direct and has a bit about them. Something we have lacked in previous years. Opinions troops?

Davie weir, if we are playing the same shape as last year, we need a good left wi gee too. Kent was great at dragging g defenders out of position and creati g space for others even if his own end product was questionable. However looks like he won’t be there next season and I would much rather see Cantwell in the middle of the park so really if shape is the stays quo, we need a winger for both sides.

"Lacked investment"?! Hmmmm, not sure about that?! There were millions spent (over 17m) on players since Gio came in, but unfortunately, some players weren't good enough, or they have taken longer to adapt than what was hoped for. Then there's the 4.7m we spent on Davies! So, to say the team "lacked investment" isn't exactly true, is it?

As soon as he walked in the door he had my backing. I do like his leadership style and seems to be a real figure head in an old fashioned way getting really stuck in particularly from what we've already heard on meeting players and looking them in the eye. imo with Bennet, Bisgrove and Beale at the top they bring new energy and ideas that will get us back on top next season, I am quietly confident of that.

Definitely didn't lack investment gio was backed imo. Not sure how you can say he wasn't, was is spent wisely? That's debatable time will tell.
