Too much negativity on here, Murty is an accomplished player and coach (albeit not a big name), the club is in capable hands until the end of the season.

The permanent signing of John is a statement of intent from the club - young talented players will get their opportunity and long term contracts.

Give the board more time, they have been dealing with every disadvantage imaginable from the second they took control back from those tried to gut the club.

I will always have a preference of who to bring in as much as I have those I don't want, but the moment someone is signed player or manager they have my full backing and in murty we have someone who twice with players he has no hand in signing has got more from said players than the recognised manager. I know there have been blips but that could stem from the uncertainty around his position. Let's get behind this man because like all true leaders he has stepped up, some my come along with delusions of themselves as managers but when it came to it the job was too big this guy has always done his best and his best was always better than the others and at no point has he shown arrogance or a know it all attitude instead he has tried different things and isn't afraid to realise his mistakes. Graeme Murty will always give his all, he knows everyone at all age levels in the club and will use these kids rather than overlook them like 99.9% of anyother incoming candidates would have done, and I believe all the players like and respect him and you will never get a red neck watching any of his interviews or press conferences because unlike the last two managers this guy was a player and knows the score.

Dom Dwyer is pretty settled at Sporting KC, his wife plays on the US national team and they are expecting their first kid - can't see him moving back the the UK.
