Well a decision has been made! I'd have preferred a top notch proven manager (who would have likely cost us a lot ) Murty has shown nothing but sense though, guy can pick a formation, knows how to speak to the media, has genuine faith and genuinely comes across good, so grumble away fellow bears he has 6 months approx to make a mark . I wish him the best of luck.

Mcinnes wasn't the answer and whether he bottled it or not, We don't need to look back, we should be looking for a long term solution with proven track record . I am not a huge fan of dof situation I agree it will put some managers off, please all forget getting Walter, Mcleish even old players Ferguson de Boer Gvb, Rangers let's move on . We need new input with wisdom of at very least British football.

He has done nothing impressive in his managerial career, we dodged a bullet, only thing is we should never have approached him in the first place!
