Think M Beale was told he'd need to sell players in order to bring his own players in the ones he sold were the only one teams wanted to buy hence the reason they were sold he still boobed letting them go.

If I regret any player leaving, it was Sakala, he never wanted to leave, he loved being a Rangers player and in my opinion, he tried every time he played? Only an opinion.

Funny this has come up, I seen a pic of sakala shaking hands with Ronaldo yesterday, maybe from weekend? And I was thinking about how much I wish we kept him.
I think the goals and assists and even just his ability to carry a ball half the distance of pitch is something we never really appreciated.

I miss Sakala alot. Our right side hasn't really been the same. Sima is the best of a poor bunch brought into replace him and I prefer him on the left side. I wonder what a front line of Matondo, Danilo, and Sakala would have been like. Lots of speed and energy and a desire to press. I think Tav also suffers from lack of speed on the right (unless Sima is there) the defenders don't back off to protect the space against the speed. Just my 2p.

Sakala was a great guy, whilst not the most technically gifted, he definitely gave 100% and nobody can say that he didn't do his bit for the team.

I do wonder what PC could have done with him and Colak. I guess we'll never know.

Sakala was an offer that was too good for both him and the club to refuse although in fact he knocked it back the first time. The story I heard was that Beale wanted to balance fees in and fees out to show the board that he could do it and there was no need for a DOF. Don`t if that's true but it makes a kind of sense given what happened .

Liked Sakala gave us his all but sometimes his crossing and finishing were awful - was fast strong and gave a 100% but sometimes his ability was questionable when opportunities to cross and shoot ??????.
