Danilo back. Cantwell back- Once we get Matondo and lawrence back we will be back with options galore for PC. I also see kent supposedly will be on his way out of Istanbul in january. would we take him back? . or like AM is he old news?

sais a long tine ago, during empty stadia time, the folk putting 25m tickets on kent and alf were on another planet, nothing ever changed my mind, neither would have been in cektics teams outwith that season when they chucked it, bith have nothing special whatsoever, that's the clear eason why nobody wants them, couldn't be simpler really.

I hate to say it because I loved him at his best, but I wouldn`t take Alfie back, his fitness has gone and it looks as if its never coming back. If Kent was available in January I would take him back in a minute. We always were a threat with him in the team unlike the crap we have now . Someone was looking forward to Matondo coming back but he couldn`t lace Ryans boots. Kent or Lammers or Dessers or Cifuentes or Matondo or Wright, its no contest. To say he only had one good season, when Celtic chucked it is utter pish and disrespectful to the best manager and team we`ve had in 12 years.

What did we win with them during their tenure…. a cup and a single league title, Alfie with us from 2017 and Kent from 2018. Not a great return, time to move on. Loved them when they were both on it but was far fewer on than off. Time to find the next generation of players.

im told often by great celtic men who work at parkhead that for years they looked at the rangers team and hoped that kent, morelos would be the focus, it always was, and they always won, that's difficult to take i know, but its also true, morelos in particular scarecly laid a glove on celtic, even when we beat them he couldn't resist humiliating himself by diving in front of an open goal, he became a joke figure, kent just ran down blind alleys, when you consider the graft of mcann and brilliance of laudrup and cooper, the courage and skills of coisty and hate, y etc, its really really difficult to put either of these two in the top 200 rangers players.

I agree storm some of these players are now being shown up at new clubs.

Shows how far our standards have dropped and the reason we are not winning stuff.

I still think part of that is us recruiting players from lower league England that higher championship and lower prem don't want.

Look at Brighton in Europe struggle a bit and we expect players that are a lower level than them to do well ?

We need to be scouting European countries Andrews of the world for players before they become big.

In my opinion, any Rangers player that's been at the club for 5 years indicates 2 things.

They haven't been good enough individually.
And haven't achieved much as a team.

If the 2 above criteria are met then other teams come and poach them. To reward them with new contracts is soul destroying (barasic if true) .
Morelos or kent to return a big no from me. And the ones who have been here 5 years or more i'd sell the lot.
On a positive note really good vibes from PC so far. Seems to know what the issues are.

Would be interesting if Kent came back PC seems a far stronger manager and could bring out the best in Kent, but like the old saying “ you never go back to a previous club “.
