I may be wrong here in my thinking and if you guys that are in know can help me out?

But what wage is Ben Davies on at Rangers that a club in the English Championship that receives parachute payments of around £30 million alone can't afford to pay his full wage?

are we paying more in wages than teams in the English championship who like I say receive parachute payments for the first 3 years after being relegated to that league
add sponsor ship to deals and tickets etc etc

When you look it up
Ben Davies is on around £27.000 per week
That puts him ahead of players such as

Marcus tavernier
Ivan Toney
Hanley
Billy Gilmour
McKenna
Fleck

You can see where I'm going

he's not even a first pick for us ?.

Stoke City have been out the top league for few seasons now, I think the parachute payment is received the season they go down.

Prospect of European football is another.
