Kris boyd saying this morning that although he grew up idolising andy goram he says that allan mcgregor is a better goalkeeper than andy goram ?I think boyd is being slightly blinded by his friendship with greegs when stating this ? Although of course it's all about opinions but andy goram was a better keeper than greegs is for me and i've got no doubt whatsoever, about that! That's not to say that greegs isn't a fantastic goalkeeper because he is but behind andy goram and chris woods for me ?.

Goram was the best keeper Rangers ever had 100%, Boyd does some slavering now and his team of the week is a joke most weeks, for him being a great finisher he doesn't understand the game very well in my opinion especially being a pundit but he's a very poor one.

Don’t remember Andy getting to many European finals or playing to such a high standard at 40. Seems people on this page just want to say about how good the old players were and rubbish the likes a shagger. Go watch the video the europa league page just put up about Alan. He’s an amazing keeper no saying he’s better but slagging Boyd for having a different opinion from you is bit over the top.

All keepers mentioned are top, i'm not sure how I can can compare them as I know nothing about goal keeping or how to even measure it over a career. Maybe one for Tatty Heed our ever reliable stats man. If I was pressed to have one back at their prime think I would go for Chris Woods.

MacGregor was and is still a top top keeper, we have been spoilt at Rangers with Woods, Goram, Neimi, Klos, Charbonnier, and the underrated Fotheringham who for me did excellent in his spell with us.

I would go goram greegs klos. The comment tommy burns made about goram "put on my gravestone Andy goram broke my heart" or something along those lines. tells you how even the other side felt about him as a goalie. Rip Andy ?.

Gregg's is and uas been a fabulous keeper but for me garam is no.1 closely followed by Gregg's and Klos.
