John, with respect, it was Park Jnr who recruited the Portuguese plonker! An appointment that should have seen the back of him the day we sacked that absolute fraud of a so called manager.
So, he has in the past, decided who the manager was. And If we're being honest, with the power he has at Ibrox, who knows what he's capable of?!
And without looking like I'm having a go here, but how was Wilson involved in recruiting Gerrard? He wasn't even at us when Gerrard came in. It was D King alone who recruited SG!

Scott Parker will be a successful manager, he’ll find a club that fits.

I don’t know if Parker would have done a good job but just because it hasn’t worked at one club doesn’t mean it will not work at another. How many times has Jose been sacked? How many times has anscelotti (pardon the spelling) being sacked Not saying he is anywhere near their level but even great managers get sacked.
