Doesn’t look like we are signing a striker, feel the board are letting clement down if they can’t get one in. Dessers is improving but one injury to him and we are in serious trouble.

How do you know they haven’t tried? No point getting one in for the sake of it that the manager doesn’t want. Maybe pc sees silva as a striker considering that’s where he has played him.

Where did I say we didn’t try? I said if we don’t get one they have failed him as it’s what we needed. The boards job is get the deals done trying doesn’t win titles. The board would spend their last penny and more Wishy, Clemont is involved in the transfers and knows the restraints and how difficult it is to do a signing of especially a striker in the Jan window, the board have made a lot of mistakes in the past but can’t fault them for trying.
