I was going to suggest that Tillman maybe a loan and then saw that the Express are reporting. "Rangers may not sign Bayern Munich midfielder Malik Tillman on a permanent deal, with the German club hoping to loan out the USA international. "
I think a loan-to-buy maybe a better deal. I'd prefer if the club was developing players we had a chance of getting permanent, rather than us developing young talent for other clubs profit.
