Was taking to a workmate and we were taking about the best team we have watched live. I said the Parma team when we beat them to qualify. They had so many great players. At the time. Buffon, Thurman veron, ortega etc.

So many to choose from mate, but I would have to say Juventus 95/ 96 Champions league. Del Piero was unplayable, and with Vialli, Ravanellie, Paulo Souza, Conte et al backing him up, they were peerless at that time.
That Parma team you talk of were jam packed with superstars. That has to be one of our best results of all time. The atmosphere that night was probably the best I've ever experienced in Europe. Actually, one of the best ever!

Aww there’s a few names I’ve not heard in a while
Veron was a player Ortega aswell
Wow that brings back memories watching those guys
funny there names you don’t hear many talk about now
Some players on there day would be up there today as top players veron as you say at Parma then Lazio really does bring back memories for me
90s really did have some players around in those days so many top players
Your Samual Etos, veira. Zidane. Roberto Carlos your roberto badgios Maldini rivaldo davids etc etc
Ortega aswell what a player when he was on it

Football was so different back then and obviously going back further the 80s
I can’t go back earlier even though I’m a 70s baby lol I started. Watching in the early eighties I know may will talk about the 70s etc but eighties upwards for me ?

Juve destroyed us. Barcelona Parma and valentine were all class aswel. Mendieta was unreal v us at Ibrox.
