Not sure if this has been mentioned but It may be that we now are where that lot where when we won 55 they had 3 or 4 players that didn't want to be there edouard, Christie, ajer. And we have Kent, goldson, kamara
Surely if you have players that don'twant to be there its gona affect a dressing room. I'm not saying that's exactly what's going on just a thought. Thought's guys?

Big Difference Boy Blue, Celtic got rid of those players, we offered our players mentioned above a new contract, 'Here you go, thanks for taking the piss, here's a rise in wages, you couldn't make it up'.

Have a read at Barry Ferguson column he hits nail right on the head he says he was screaming at tv on Wednesday and wishes he was in that dressing room after that he said he would've been giving out a few home truths I know Barry isn't everyone's cup of tea but we sure do need someone like him in that team of cowards 100%.

said same thing irv, and you can add alf to that group

for a while i believe these guys were trying to leave, with a big fat contract in they’re default box.

Yes agree irvger. We no for a fact godson doesn't want to be there but got no offers I'm sure kamara thought he would get his move last window Kent not so sure where his heads at same for morelos and no matter what job your doing and how much your being paid you ain't gona give 100% if you don't want to be there. I hope this isn't the case as it would be hard to turn it around. Is there any truth to these gio rumours surely not.

We know nothing boyblue and for the record I remember a good few games where wee barry ( who we used to call the crab for his sideways safe passing ) was not the best . So I think he knows little either.

Hi Boy Blue, I feel that the rumour of a DOF with the Dutch FA would probably be of interest to him, but, that role would not include his back up team, that could be a problem. Either way, we will just hopefully be looking at a potential replacement should this happen.

Celtic offered French Eddie and Ajer new contracts. The difference was that they knocked them back knowing EPL teams wanted them. Celtic also managed to get rid and bring in about £40m for them both.

No one wants Goldson, Kent or Morelos so we are stuck with them. The deals for Kent and Morelos should be taken off the table and good luck to them in where ever they end up but they won’t get a bigger club than Rangers.

mols, you might have called barry the crab, in fact he was so far ahead of his teammates he should have been called pilot

anyway only guy remember called the crab was ray wilkins, absolute god to some rangers fans while our own legend barry ferguson is direspespected daily.

Correct Tom, for me Barry was the best Scottish midfielder we've ever had. That's how highly I rated him.

A number of our quality players have been coming to the end of their contract and that has been quite clear for some time and I include Arfield, Davis, McGregor and Jack in those names. It has also been quite clear that Kent and Morelos were looking at other leagues, (and there was a time when we could have sold them) . Add to that, it was quite clear that Goldson was hoping for a move to another club and only signed a new contract when no one came calling. Each and every one of these players should have been replaced and with the exception of Jack, (who is under contract until the end of this season and would have been unlikely to attract any buyers because of his injury record), and we should have been bringing in players of a similar or better quality to replace them.
We gave new contracts, we failed to bring in the quality needed and we are now suffering the consequences.

Does anyone think we have it in us to beat Aberdeen at the weekend? I personally doubt if we do. I cannot ever remember seeing such a precipitous drop-off in standards.

The comments by all the guys above are correct of course. Contracts were given to those with nothing left to prove and the new players are too young, basically.

I like Van Bronkhorst but the sudden drop-off in effort and gumption would not be acceptable at any big football club.
