Guys do you think gio knows his strongest 11 or is he still having a good look at the new boys. I'm sure he must have had a rough idea at start of season and I'm sure tillman must have had him thinking again. Or do managers even think like that anymore is it just a case of who's training well that week opposition etc. Can anyone tell me is yillmaz injured or is he just not up to speed yet? As I know we need to back our players and I have backed borna but I can't lie I get nervous when he gets the ball. I've actually spoken to borna on a couple of occasions in the West end he is such a nice guy so want nothing more than to not feel that way but it is what it is.

Honestly mate, our squad is that strong that I think Gio can swap and change depending on Form, Formattion, Tactics. I’m not sure how set a ‘best 11’ is anymore.

It’s a great place to be in and full credit to rangers, the board, Wilson and Gio’s team for getting us there.

He’s hoping for a 2-0 win tonight!

I don't think we have a strongest 11 now.

Gios built a squad with a lot of versatility, so think we'll have a core of 8 players with the remaining spots selected based on the opposition.

Correct guys, it is now obvious that Gio will play players and systems to suit individual games. Modern coach with modern methods.

I agree, a "strongest 11" is almost a thing of the past in today's football. All of the top teams rotate to give their players the rest they require.

To show how things change, and I am open to being corrected if you feel I am wrong. When Dundee United won their own Scottish League, they only used 14 players all season.

The one position that still vexes many is GK and I wonder if we get through these two legs, GvB will move for another GK. I have no idea and I am not greatly worried by it. I only hope I'm still saying that 4-hours from now mind-you.
