great team - rubbish admin. so got an email from rangers about return leg for euro game, we sit in the red zone and advised as usual that our seats wouldn't be available for this game, so we went ahead and booked our tickets for the mainstand rear (only ones available for me and my daughter. 20 mins after booking them we get another rangers email saying redzone is now available and we can have our own seats. problem is we tried get the ticket office to try and transfer our tickets back to our own seats. no answer to phone or email. indeed email says we endeavour to answer within 5 working days. if we don't book our own seats within 2 days they are put on general sale.

really really poor yet again from our glorious ticket office.

they are utter garbage and the level of service given to fans who are after all customers as well as fans is disgusting, and the complaint service is just as bad.

Yes, communication with the fans in these circumstances is one thing that needs improved.

Ticket purchasing section of website abysmal. Customer service poor. How you purchase tickets without a PhD in Computer Science is beyond me. I’m ok but struggle to navigate it. How do you buy tickets if your not an IT guru?

cant answer my email but can suddenly send a request for me to renew mygers membership. put it this way if they didn't have a natural customer ie you and me, they wouldn't be in business now.
