I posted the Scotland squad yesterday which I think is a good strong squad but I have a question do you take a gamble on leigh Griffiths? Scotland might need a goal with 10 mins left he can hit free kicks and grab late goals our dislikes for celtic aside and his fitness issues just purely Scotland will he be a miss?

Yes. as much as I hate him he's a good player who can deliver when needed especialy on a free kick.

Yes he's a good free kick taker etc but he simply doesn't deserve a place in the national team. He couldn't be arsed getting fit for celtic so that says it all. You earn your place to play for your country and don't get picked simply because you scored a couple of cracking free kicks against England. So no way should he be anywhere near the squad. He's not earned it.

A fit Leigh Griffiths is a good squad player to have.
But he's not been fit for about 2 years plus is a complete waste of space.
It's a no from me.

Griffiths couldn't be bothered getting fit for his club, we could say he'd be a super sub when we need a goal but there are a lot of of guys who have worked their bollocks off to get to the euros, so who would you drop to make space for him?
