They aren't shocking results at all, unless you only read the headlines. Turnover should be increased again this year and the squad is complete. We don't need to sell any key players. Removing some of the fringe players would help though. I'm going to put my neck on the line and say the fine for the SDI breach won't be much more than the contractual cap, if it's even above that.
