We won the match so this isn’t sour grapes but was the VAR assistant sleeping tonight? Some strange decisions went on with no call to the ref to at least have another look.

It was never a pen if it doesn’t hit his elbow then it hits his side. The rules are if he makes his body bigger he didn’t. Just seen highlights as missed 2nd half we should have had at least one if not 2 pens.

If the ref had given the Mayo handball it would of stood, can’t understand why they never sent him to the monitor as it was a stonewaller, I would say about 20% of the time VAR will stick to the refs decision whatever way he decides which is a bottle job, could cost us the title in the remaining games, a think if Lundstrum stands still it hits his arm in front of body and he would of got off with it, he swings round after it hit him and looked like it struck his arm outwith but was always going to be given and VAR would not of went against the ref, basically VAR is f**king murder.

Lunny was not a penalty, arm in at his side when ball hits it, also within the silhouette. Rules are clear, just the Muppets in charge.

The mayo one is a pen for the opposite reason, arm outside making himself bigger.

The Findlay one was not a pen as came up against another part of body so that's good decision.

Referee gave 16 free kicks against us tonight. Not bad for about 9 fouls in the game.
