Yes it was only a friendly and yes the pitch was poor but I wish most of the players had the same passion and desire that big PC shows on the side of the pitch (without sending offs I mean) - whether it was just a training exercise or not, many were just going through the motions and am sure the big man will have a good idea who he trusts moving forward -seriously punching above our weight with this squad and if we honestly think we can win the league this year at least a couple of class additions are needing added before window closes - Plea to the board ASAP - Support the big guy NOW?.

It looked as though the players were told to play at 20%. Training/ friendly, when I played we always gave our best and wanted to win every game.

Blue floyd PC said after the game that they are working hard on bringing in players, I've no reason to doubt him.

Why do fans want them to go full pelt in a training match? See if we did and players got injured it would be the same fans moaning about that.

Pitch is poor for both teams. Sick to death of this pitch pish constantly as an excuse.

watched the game yesterday and to me it was exactly what i thought it would be a run ot but i do think we need an out and out goal scorer.

wasn't particularly looking at going " full pelt " in a training game, but was looking for a bit more quality play?!

If you are that respectful of the manager you should listen to what he said before the game . The players had a tough training session the day before and he knew they were a bit tired but he just wanted to see how they coped with it. It was a training game not a friendly and the biggest mistake they made was televising it live as if it was an actual game. It was a stroll about and showed nothing about anything to the fans. .
