A lot of chat that Devine will be allowed out on loan to a SPFL Premiership club to get some minutes. I think this would be good for all parties.

Should have been out on loan long time ago he's not featured and is miles away from a place in the side with Tav and sterling borna and ridvan ahead of him for fullback roles amd even then i'm not sure he would play with likes of yfeko and balogun able to fill in at full back. For me the boy hasn't done anything wrong but just seemed to be fancied.

Jimbo Devine needs a loan for game time now and kick on with his career, i thought it maybe wouldn't happen because of our European squad.

My star, I wondered the same. But that looks like maybe the only position we could lose a young player in given the squad we have for Europe including 8 defenders (well, 7 with a LB expected to be added) :

1st choice: Tavernier, Balogun, Goldson, **Ridvan / New LB to be registered**

Backup: Souttar, Sterling, Leon King, Barišić.

Devine has been kept around to help fill places in the European squad especially as Sterling, Yilmaz and Barisic all had weeks out with injuries early in the season . I hope this move to another SPL club comes off and he can get minutes to show what he`s got. He looked a good prospect when he played this time last year and a few games at the top level should help him . Good luck to the boy.
