Been ask about what i have heard about a potential DOF so if its clement as manager we would be looking at him and paul Mitchell as our new manager and DOF. now seemingly david weir also but he's potentially looking to go to bigger things from Brighton like a top 4 PL side. but i was about 20 mins ago do not be suprised to john park as our DOF hope this helps a little.

To me it seems a bit backward if we were to appoint a manager before a DOF as it probably narrows your pool of people interested in the job if they can't pick their own manager. If it were to be Clement and Paul Mitchell i'd be really pleased with that but the main thing is that our fans realise this won't change things overnight. We can't be shouting for the new mans head within 6 months if he isn't getting great results in the league because as we've seen so many times the one constant is senior players like Tav, Goldson, Barisic and Lundstram seeing managers lose their jobs. Give him time, funds and let him get rid of the old guard.

If we could secure Mitchell that sounds like a real coup. I would worry if Park gets it, I feel that like Beale he has conned the Board. Was Beale really behind all of these transfer or was Park involved.

Get rid of the old guard and keep the new guard . Souttar, Davies, Yilmaz, Raskin, Cifuentes, Dessers, Lammers, Dowell, Matondo . It maybe is time for some of the old guard to go but a lot of the newer guys are a lot worse and need to go first. This is another be careful what you wish for scenario . We wanted rid of Kent, Morelos and Kamara but look what we have got now, much worse . I bet that any new manager coming in won`t start by replacing Tavernier and Goldson because he will realise that we need continuity when rebuilding the team . Others will go first and these guys will be phased out. Hope the fans who are starting ridiculous petitions against players who have served us well can accept this, or the atmosphere around the club will never improve.

WSLGERS - I know he is only on loan but Sima has scored 6 goals for us in all comps this season which matches Kent for last season and season before -so basically I would say that's an upgrade - plus he is more willing to run beyond last man and take some responsibility! - Lammers and Dessers are nowhere near Colak as a player or scorer so its obvious where the problem lay - recruitment and those involved in that area!

Rangers can’t get rid of anybody in October. We are still competing for three domestic completions and a place in a European knockout stages. There won’t be any youth teams played.

I see Rice and maybe Lovelace getting a chance but that’s it. What we have is what we will go with. I think Scott Wright is suspended for the Kilmarnock game so Roofe should come in.

Aye park was involved that's why Beale said he scouted Dessers and Lammers for years lol our fans bursting to blame park because he worked for Celtic simple as that.

BlueFloyd 2, I never mentioned Sima who I have mixed feelings about. Sometimes he looks as if he has never seen a ball before but other times he looks decent and has scored a few goals. I also think there is more to comparing players than goals scored, Dessers has scored three this season and Roofe only has one so Dessers is better, I don`t think so . There is more to being a winger than goal scoring but let's compare Matondo, two goals in over a year, to Kent . Matondo is hopeless when he starts a game and can`t stay fit for more than a few games at a time. But if you think we are currently better off without Kent, Morelos, Arfield, Kamara, Sakala, Colak and Hagi then you go on enjoying your football mate because I`m just glad somebody is.

WSL - We ARE better without Kent imo as just explained - also worse without Colak as also intimated in my post - Kent and Buff wanted away so we ARE better without those players who don't want to play for the Gers - I would have preferred to get cash for them then I would have been ecstatic my friend - Arfield Hagi and Kamara I can't see where I spoke of them? I like many on here am NOT enjoying the football dished up at present but I can see the improvement of Sima up front and the distinct loss of a REAL GOALSCORER in Colak - My Tardis is broken at moment but would not go back in time to bring back the poorer versions of Buff and Kent - who helped put us in this position/ mess with their exploits at end of contract! PS I would have kept Arfield btw.

Thereafter Sterling dowell Balogun dessers Lammers all Beale.


Park then went to board re concerns about recruitment targets being totally ignored by Beale.
Bennett then pushed for cifuentes and Danilo

Recruiting and Bennett were stunned re lack of young defenders we wanted.

I suspect without any real evidence this enhanced speed Beale left, many felt we would wait till December re availability of a manager and potentially recruiting a DoF.
