Afternoon all. I firmly believe that Mark Allen will make the correct choice or at least have a large voice in who next comes through the doors. I also believe that over a long period of time he will turn things around for the greater good of the club and all of us supporters. As the board said prior to Allen's arrival it was a systemic failure on their part in recruiting PC.

Mark allen might use contacts down south etc get an assistant manager from one if the clubs west brom . leicester. etcetc to be new manager?

Normally a new manager tends to bring their backroom staff to the club they have joined, I cannot see this changing with regards to whomever is chosen for the job at Ibrox. Unless of course there is specifics involved regarding current backroom team/ assistants etc.

Mark Allan should be driving closer links with Man City. Out next Manager should be a future Man City Manager.
